Enda Jones is an author, speaker, founder of Courage to Go™, and experienced organizational leader who brings together faith, practical wisdom, lived experience, and more than 14 years of leadership.

Known for her warm, candid approach, Enda speaks to the realities people are actually facing—from faith, identity, confidence, and the unexpected turns of life to communication, leadership, workplace challenges, and professional growth. She has a way of making meaningful conversations feel personal and practical, leaving audiences encouraged and with something they can carry beyond the room.

Her professional experience spans education, nonprofit, ministry, and public service. Throughout her career, Enda has led teams, developed people, navigated organizational change, and carried responsibility in complex environments, including directing an early childhood program serving more than 240 children and leading a staff of 32.

As founder of Courage to Go™, Enda has spent years encouraging women to live with greater faith, confidence, and courage through the realities of everyday life. Today, her speaking extends across two complementary areas:

Faith, Courage & Real Life and Courage at Work, allowing her to serve faith-based gatherings, women’s events, conferences, leadership development, professional development, and organizational audiences.
